How It Started

We’re Maria and Chris, the husband and wife team behind Cooking For Days.

What started as cooking for ourselves quickly grew into something bigger, a way to help people eat better, stay consistent, and feel their best.

With Maria’s years as a chef and Chris’s background in fitness and nutrition, every meal we create is built on flavor, balance, and purpose.

We love what we do because it’s about more than food. It’s about helping people show up for their goals and their lives.

We know starting a new meal plan can come with a few questions. Check out our frequently asked questions to get all the details . If you don’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to assist you!

No. Our new menu is released every tuesday at 12:00pm est, and the order cut-off is thursday at 12:00pm est for sunday delivery.

Yes. All meals are delivered in thermal bags with ice packs to keep them at a safe temperature throughout the route. We kindly ask that someone is available to bring the meals inside shortly after delivery.

No. Cooking for days operates week-to-week. If you’re traveling, have a busy schedule, or want to skip a week, simply don’t place an order for that week.

Yes. The minimum order is 4 meals or $50. You can order as many meals as you’d like and can duplicate any options. You can also choose between our weekly composed meal menu or our à la carte options.

All orders are delivered every sunday. Delivery windows vary based on your location, and you’ll receive a text notification before we arrive.

We currently deliver to select areas across massachusetts and southern new hampshire.

Meals stay fresh for 5–7 days when kept refrigerated. They can also be stored in the freezer for up to 30 days. For best results, remove meals from the freezer the night before to thaw naturally for next-day enjoyment.

We’re happy to review special requests or substitution preferences whenever possible, though we can’t guarantee every change due to ingredient availability and consistency. Our menu rotates weekly to offer plenty of variety and fresh flavors for everyone.

All of our meals are prepared fresh and never frozen before delivery.

Meals can be reheated in the microwave for 2–4 minutes or transferred to an oven-safe dish for 10–15 minutes at 350°f. Every container is microwave-safe and labeled for convenience.

This coaching is for people who want structure, accountability, and a clear plan. You do not need to be in great shape already. The focus is on building consistency and creating a sustainable approach to health and fitness.

Fuel + Train is offered in 3 or 6 month coaching packages. The goal is not short-term results but long-term transformation by building habits, routines, and discipline that carry into everyday life.

Clients follow a personalized training program designed for 3 to 4 workouts per week. Programming is built around your schedule and goals, with simple weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust as needed.

No. The focus is on learning how to fuel your body in a realistic and sustainable way. For clients local to Cooking For Days delivery, weekly meals are available at a 15 percent discount to support consistency and recovery.
